About Me
I have a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. As the founder of National Workforce Solutions, LLC, I bring a broad and diverse background spanning organizational training and development, workforce development, career coaching, inclusion strategy, and instructional design. With a master's degree in Adult Education from DePaul University, I am deeply committed to designing learning experiences that meet people where they are and equip them with the skills they need to thrive. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a journey that strengthens my ability to deliver research driven insights, advanced leadership frameworks, and evidence-based workforce strategies that support long term organizational growth. My work is rooted in the belief that when people are equipped with the right tools and support, they can transform their careers, their organizations, and their communities.
My expertise in career readiness and workforce development centers on helping learners build the professional, interpersonal, and strategic skills required to navigate an evolving labor market with confidence. I design and facilitate comprehensive workforce readiness programming that includes upskilling and reskilling pathways, digital literacy development, eLearning courses, interview preparation, resume and LinkedIn optimization, networking strategies, and workplace communication. Through scenario based learning and practical skill building, I help individuals strengthen their employability, clarify their career direction, and access opportunities that support long term mobility and advancement with a particular focus on expanding access for underrepresented communities.
I hold the SHRM CP certification and a Diversity Management Certification, underscoring my commitment to advancing equitable, people centered talent practices across every environment I serve. Complementing this foundation, I am also a Certified Meditation Coach, a credential that deepens my ability to support clients in managing stress, improving focus, and cultivating emotional resilience. This wellness aligned perspective strengthens my approach to leadership development, coaching, and workforce readiness programming by integrating mindfulness, emotional grounding, and holistic well-being into every learning experience I design.

I have supported clients across corporate, nonprofit, education, healthcare, government, and community-based sectors, helping them develop, optimize, and operationalize talent strategies that drive measurable impact. Whether advising on workforce planning, building inclusive leadership capability, designing scalable learning programs, or strengthening talent pipelines, I bring a strategic, systems level perspective that aligns people practices with organizational goals.
